How to Use Vysor: Complete Setup Guide

Step 1: Download and Install Vysor

Download Vysor for your platform. Windows, Mac, Linux and Browser are all supported. Run the installer and follow the setup wizard.

Step 2: Enable USB Debugging on Android

Before connecting, enable USB Debugging on your Android phone:

  1. Open Settings on your Android phone
  2. Go to About Phone
  3. Tap Build Number 7 times to unlock Developer Options
  4. Go back to Settings → Developer Options
  5. Enable USB Debugging

Step 3: Connect Your Device

Connect your Android phone to your computer using a USB cable. Make sure it is a data cable, not a charge-only cable. When prompted on your phone, tap Allow USB debugging and check Always allow from this computer.

Step 4: Open Vysor and View Your Device

Open Vysor on your computer. Your device will appear in the list. Click View to start mirroring your phone screen on your desktop.

Step 5: Use Keyboard and Mouse

Once connected, you can control your phone using your keyboard and mouse. Click to tap, scroll to scroll, and type on your keyboard to type on the phone. All keyboard shortcuts work naturally.

Step 6 (Pro): Enable Wireless Mode

With Vysor Pro, you can cut the USB cable and use Wi-Fi. First connect via USB, then in Vysor settings click Enable Wireless. After that, you can unplug the USB cable and Vysor will continue working over your local network.
